These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GreenTree LLC’s Website, located at www.GreenTree.ae.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GreenTree if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

All orders placed through GreenTree.ae will be subject to our acceptance. Any orders placed through this website will be considered as legitimate orders.

The prices are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery costs.

Although we endeavor to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

There may be slight variation(s) between the Product Specifications (e.g. color, weight, size, etc.) mentioned under product information and the actual product. This may be due to lighting conditions during photography, differences in scales etc.

Our every effort is to display the product as accurately as possible.

GreenTree.ae reserves the right to modify the “Terms & Conditions” without any prior notification to you.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Our Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind about the order placed, pls contact us on +971561368201 or mail us on support@greentree.ae

Cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Order once shipped can not be cancelled.

Our Return Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly accept unused, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 7 days from the original shipping date.

  • Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  • Items purchased outside of the United Arab Emirates are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
  • Your refund will be transferred back to your bank account.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

How to make an easy return

  1. Contact us with:
    • Your Original order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
  2. We will take care of the paperwork and get the return authorization forms emailed over to you!
  3. Send the item(s) back to us using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return.

Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.

How to make an easy exchange:

Exchanging for a new product?

  1. Place a new order for the new exchange items you would like.
  2. Contact us HEREwith:
    • Your Original order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return & the reason for your return.
    • New Order Number associated with your exchange order (so we can refund your shipping costs on the new order)
  3. We will send a confirmation email including a Return Authorization Form for you to include when you mail the original item(s) back to us.
  4. Send the item(s) back to us using any traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return.

You will not be charged any shipping cost for the new exchange order. However, unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be credited to the the bank account information provided in the Return Authorization Form.
